Overview
Our R&D team has developed 5 DoF articualted robotic arm, Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and Automated Storage and Retrieval system (ASRS) for industrial automation.
This knowhow can be extended to Cobots, Humanoids, Exo-skeletons, Prosthetics and medical implants with focus on ease of operation, accuracy and safety and follow ‘Design for Manufacturing Principles’ to arrive at affordable product cost and low total cost of ownership
Articulated Arm
The arm is designed to be affordable, easy to program, easy to use, sleek, safe with human being (cobot), self-learning with 6 degrees of freedom, and adaptable to various end-effectors.

AGV
Battery powered Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), primarily used to transport the loads between shop-floor / manufacturing / shipping and storage. The robotic system uses optical, magnetic and RF guidance, where the overall control is with the central monitoring system.
Rhinos can co-work with human with awareness of its surrounding environment to avoid obstacle, collision with other vehicles and human.

ASRS
Kitbot ASRS – A warehouse automation solution for automated storage and retrieval, easy kitting process, and automated material movement in shop-floor. The system is capable of handling thousands of material containers with high efficiency and absolute accuracy. Robotic platforms in the system are built with modularity and flexibility to expand for larger storage, handle heavier and variety of containers / payload.
